Terms of use
By accessing or using the parking facilities at souk al bahar, you agree to comply with the following terms & conditions:

• This is a ticketless paid parking zone.
• Your vehicle license plate serves as your digital ticket.
• Parking fees are applicable as per the rules below:
  • Applicable days: Monday - Sunday
  • Parking is paid during public holidays.
• Parking membership is only available for purchase through the Parkonic APP.
• Where applicable, the default payment method is the visitor's Salik account unless an alternative payment method is selected.
• Salik payments: visitors paying through Salik will be charged the applicable parking fees and shall be subject to Salik's applicable terms & conditions.
• Visitors without a Salik account or with insufficient balance must use an alternative payment method before exiting
• Failure to pay the applicable parking fees may result in fines, blacklisting, restrictions on future use of the parking facilities, and/or legal action.
• Vehicles are parked at the owner's sole risk. souk al bahar management shall not be liable for any loss, theft of, or damage to any vehicle or its contents, except to the extent caused by its gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Souk Al Bahar Management shall not be responsible for any personal belongings left in vehicles.
• Access to the parking facilities is subject to availability, and souk al bahar management does not guarantee the availability of parking spaces.
• These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of dubai, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the dubai courts.
• Souk Al Bahar Management reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions or adjust parking fees at any time. any updated terms & conditions shall become effective upon publication.
